He asked how can he help his friend in this situation. The conversation lasted for 4 minutes. After an hour he called and informed his friends' mother died and only his friend is allowed to go in. with all formalities and covid protocol the cremation was over on the same day. The next day morning got up and saw a WhatsApp message posted by his friend that his father too expired.
