For achievements comparison is not a tool !

Thanks to my friend who shared the base message !

Shweta covered a distance of 10 km in one hour.

Akash covered the same distance in one and a half hours.

Which of the two is faster and healthier??

Of course, our answer will be Shweta.

What if we say that Shweta covered this distance on a prepared track while Akash did it by walking on a sandy path???

Then our answer will be Akash.

But when we come to know that Shweta is 50 years old while Akash is 25 years old??

Then our answer will be Shweta again.

But we also come to know that Akash's weight is 140 kg while Shweta's weight is 65 kg.

Again our answer will be Akash

As we learn more about Akash and Shweta, our opinions and judgments about who is better will change.

In this world, everything/everyone is good and worse, at some part of our life. We cannot judge people just because of our assessment, The worst person of your judgment may be the best person for someone, and similarly, the best person of your choice may be worse to others.

Everything in this universe is good and bad to someone.

Good and bad or both sides of the coin.

We do not know how others judge us when they toss on us. Which job is good, which food is good, which subject/course is good, and so on ! answer varies from one to one because we all have different perceptions on most things. Many times we compare things that we don't know.

In my logic, all subjects and objects in this world are good for us if we know how to behave with them.

Every human being is a unique ID in this world with lots of differences in similarities from birth to death, So why compare one with others?

The reality of life is also similar, as we may form opinions very superficially and hastily, due to which we unable to do justice to ourselves and others.

Opportunities vary for each other

Life is different. for each other

Resources differ from each other

Problems change from each other

Solutions are different for each other

Therefore the excellence of life is not in comparing with anyone but in testing oneself.

Always feel, You are the best. Stay as you are and keep trying your best according to your circumstances.

Being an Ayurveda physician, I have never attempted to compare myself and Ayurveda with other physicians and other systems of medicine. In today's scenario, the comparison of different health systems not possible just because they co-exist. In my experience met few physicians who did Ayurveda first and later allopathy, result is that most of them now only believe in allopathy, another way of thinking, met dozens of allopathic doctors who later got training in Ayurveda or completed Ayurveda, now they believe in Ayurveda. How can we compare these systems when there is a misunderstanding and gap among the practitioners who studied both systems. Though it looks selfish, I can only say what I am good at and how I can be good to needy people who approach me for their health issues through my understanding of Ayurveda. Beneficiaries will not compare me with other doctors, but they recommend me to their known people for specific ailments/cases where I was good to the past. Dear friends, here I get referral patients and not comparison certificates!

For achievements we need a prepared mind set and good inspiration instead of compressing  comparison

Leave comparison and Stay healthy with Good :  Habits, lifestyle, food, thoughts, sleep, friends and prayers that you find useful to you. 😀😀😀❤❤❤
